Try our wonderful Double chocolate walnut biscotti wedges. Made with Cocoa, chocolate chips and chopped walnuts. Each order comes with 1 Dz wedges and weigh approx. 1-1.5 lbs per batch.

What makes our biscotti so unique? Most biscotti is hard and tough to eat without dipping in liquid, they seem so dry any other way then dipped. Thats because most biscotti is made from a cookie paste in trays to shape them as biscotti would look. Our biscotti is hand kneaded like bread and shaped by hand as old fashion biscotti was meant to be. Ever batch is made to order, and twice baked as it should be.

They go wonderfully with coffee, tea or milk. Spoil yourself with this treat, share with friends, or gift it to that really deserving someone.

We use only the freshest ingredients including whole milk, free range chicken eggs, real unsalted butter, unbleached flour, powdered Cocoa, Real Vanilla, and fresh lemons or Oranges.
