Top Hat Black/Red Stripe Victorian Goth Vampire

Description

This beautiful top hat is made from black burn-out velvet laid over a red foil fabric. The hat band and bow are crushed taffeta. In the front is a dark red rose and black leaves.

This hat is a 7 1/8 and will fit a 22 1/4 inch head. Be sure to measure your head carefully! Size matters!

All our top hats are made of fabric stretched over a rigid frame. These hats are very durable and fully lined.

As with all our hats and dragons, the materials used and the workmanship are of the highest quality.
