Vintage Colorful 1940s Barkcloth Hobo Bag

Description

It’s easy to romanticize the past with a pretty little bag like this.

• Vintage 1940's gray smooth barkcloth is covered with the most beautiful array of flowers and fronds in pinks, green and yellow. The pink lining is covered with vining green leaves and flowers.

• Approximate dimensions are 13” wide x 9.5” high. The cute knotted handle has a 13” drop (26” total.)

• Two apple green vintage plastic buttons look to be straight from grandmother’s sewing box. They sit together on the front of the bag and like to reminisce about the old days.

• All sentiment aside, the inside of this bag gets serious with a divided pocket and magnetic snap closure.

• Spot clean, or hand wash cold and hang to dry.
