Marie Antoinette tourture Couture Hoop Skirt by Black Orchid Designs

Description

this is a one of a kind hoop skirt made from plastic hoops covered in distressed white on white pokadot fabic. I have added vintage buttons, antique distressed beaded french lace, antique key, crystal beads and slashed stretch cotton. Thesre is black contrast stitching and the hoops are suspended with white elastic and the waist is white elastic. The hoop best fits a waist from 36-40 and hips up to 48 inches. The hoop is about 37 inches long.

Shipping fees are high due to the size of this item. It will have to be shipped purolator.
