Watermelon Slices

Description

This is a fun and vibrant quilt pieced out of ten different fabrics in shades of pink and green. Several fun designer prints from Alexander Henry (birds and toadstools) and Amy Butler are included. The "randomness" of the design add to the charm and whimsy.

Quilt measures 36" by 44" making it a great size for a wall, lap or crib. The backing is a pink and white gingham and I have machine quilted the entire piece in a meander pattern on my home sewing machine.

Quilt is bound with a bright pink with white dots. Binding is sewn on doubled and hand finished on the back with mitred corners.

100% cotton batting. Pre-washed for an heirloom look and feel. Machine wash gentle, dry delicate.
