Single Dancing Fish Sushi Dinnerware Set

I'm not sure why, but this sushi set has become on of my favorites! It might be the great glaze, or just the interesting shape of the platter, who knows?!

But this is a lovely sushi dinnerware set, perfect for your next meal at home. Remember, life is too short to eat off of plastic carryout containers, so the next time you pick up some rolls from your local carry out, I hope you'll elevate your dining experience and eat using one of my sets.

This five piece set features a gorgeous platter that measures about 5" x 13" and will hold a perfect amount of food for two people. It has a lovely single fish design on it, and the Floating Blue glaze breaks very nicely on the texture. There are also two individual plates (about 4.5" square) and two soy bowls. Add some carryout and you're all set!

I mix the Floating Blue glaze in my studio, of course it's microwave and dishwasher safe, and lead free. But this set is handmade, so these pieces may contain small imperfections that are inherent to handmade work. This might include slight warping and/or minor glaze imperfections that in no way affect the functionality of the pieces. This set is made of Long Beach Clay, a light buff stoneware, which works magically with this glaze.

I have another dinnerware set that is quite similar to this one - if you are interested in making this set larger, say - to serve four or six people, I would consider breaking up that other set and adding pieces to this one. Just convo me and I'll be glad to help you out.

***This set won't fit into a flat rate box, which is my preferred way to ship these dinnerware sets. So shipping is a little higher than normal.
