This is another example of Kumihimo, the traditional Japanese 8-strand braid. I mixed antique "christmas beads," traditionally worn in Africa with contemporary Japanese seed beads.This necklace is 32 inches long.
It can also be wrapped around the wrist as a casual and fun bracelet.
