Buckwheat Branches Card

Description

Buckwheat Branches was inspired while visiting Death Valley. I saw the bare branches of the Eriogonum heermanni on the stark pebbly ground and it truly captivated me.I was fascinated by the structural skeleton of this delicate plant. All of my cards have my signature on the back. They also have stamp of the brooch seen on my avatar.In fact, the background to the avatar is a bit of this painting. The brooch was gifted to me by my Mother and is a traditional part of Estonian costume. Estonia is a tiny country bounded by the Baltic Sea just south of Finland.

The 5"x7" cards are blank inside and waiting for your personal sentiment. A 4"x6"photo of this watercolor is mounted on white colored Strathmore acid-free card stock. They are all beautifully framed with an elegant embossed border. All cards are protected by a biodegradable Crystal Clear envelope.
