What we won't do for Love!

This collage was inspired by an e e cummings poem entitled, "i carry your heart with me". It is such a moving love poem, one of my favorites, and you can read it in its entirety on my blog. (Go to the posting of November 10/2008.)

This is an original one-of-a-kind mixed media collage incorporating acrylic paint, decorative papers, and vintage photos that have been reproduced on archival papers.

The artwork is created on an archival hardwood panel measuring 14" X 11" X 1". It is not framed, but framing is optional since the sides are painted as a continuation of the scene on the front. Colors may vary slightly due to the differences in computer monitor calibrations.

If you're not happy with the artwork for any reason, contact me and return it undamaged within 7 days and I'll gladly refund the purchase price less shipping.
