Date on Envelope: None, but it was found with others from the late 60s and the fashions in the picture are similar to other late 60s garments.

Girls' One-Piece Dress, Pantdress, Pants & Sash -- Semi-fitted mini dress and pantdress in above mini length has jewel neckline with front button and back zipper closing and top stitch trim. Short or full length sleeves with optional top-stitch trim. Contrast sash with purchased fringe. Fit and fare pants with elasticized waistband.
