Amy Butler Swing Bag

Description

I used Amy Butler's Swing Bag pattern, and created my own design for this "fun in the sun" bag. I added an interior pocket to this bag, and pieced together two contrasting floral fabrics, joining them with a red, black and white piece of ribbon. The front of the bag is also adorned with a black plumeria which is sewn over the contrasting red and white fabric. I also used a sew-in stabilizer to give the bag it's shape. This roomy yet elegant bag can hold magazines as well as paperwork or organizers.
