Description

This sexy skirt has all of the playful style that you need to make your Prom even more fun. Just because you are planning a formal event doesn't mean that you can't have fun!!!

The base is a full length black cotton underskirt to keep it from being see-through. It's nice and soft on your skin.

The top layer is neon Fuchsia/Hot Pink Bridal Tulle. It's all hand-gathered and ruffled to make it nice and full. It's really easy to accessorize with this skirt. It fits into every style, but it looks great with any Faerie Cosplay event.
