Orange Poppy Felted Flower Brooch

Description

A pretty flower to wear! I made this flower from an orange felted recycled wool sweater. Then I needle felted a little brown wool roving to the center to add some detail. I used green wool felt fringe and a matching orange and brown wet felted ball for the center. This is a nice sized flower measuring about 3 3/4 inches in diameter. It has a silver pin back sewn securely to the back.

A lovely accessory to wear year round! It would look lovely on a jacket, sweater, handbag, or hat or to fasten a wrap on a cool evening.
