Girl Falling from Boat Print

Description

Hand printed woodcut, showing a woman falling from a boat into the ocean, but not in a way you might expect. Comes from a series of prints I made about bodies of water (often floods or oceans), and the stories and myths we create about them.

This print was hand pulled from a reduction woodcut, meaning each layer was printed from the same block of wood, carving away after each color run (nine total). Extremely limited edition, I only made 8 of this image.

Size: Approx. 9.5 x 10.25 inches.

Ships flat wrapped in a plastic sleeve inside a sturdy cardboard envelope.
