The ocean, ribbed hat handspun baby alpaca and merino

Description

This hat is made from some of my favorite yarn ever! I spun it from some lusciously soft 60% baby alpaca 40% merino wool that is just delicious. The fleece was hand blended as I spun and navajo plyed it to create a yarn that changed color gradually, the affect when knit is just gorgeous. This hat makes me think of the ocean here on the coast of Maine and all of the many colors and moods it has; from deep stormy blue to silvery lavender.

This super warm hat is quite stretchy due to the 2 2 rib I knit it in and should fit most adult heads. Great colors for women or men.

A warm hat is something you use every day in winter, why not have something special?
