Parti color Cocker Spaniel painted on a clam

Description

When an American Cocker Spaniel is a mix of white and another colour, he is considered a "parti-color" variety. Some people like to twist that and call them "Party Animals". And its true, I've never met a parti-colored Cocker that wasn't perpetually grinning and full of life.

This Cocker Spaniel is painted on an Atlantic clam. The clam has some grooves on its surface but they do not distort the portrait. It also has a nearly perfect edge. Size: medium-large, 12.4 x 9.9 cm

Each shell is a unique work of art. I find the shells myself, on a local beach and paint canine portraits using acrylic paints. They make a great gift or keepsake!
