Let me explain: Maroon is the color of Texas A&M University. Burnt orange is the color of the University of Texas. These two schools are football (and everything else) rivals. Yet, this pair of leg warmers manages to combine the two colors, along with a few others, into a beautiful harmonious blend!

These are a really warm, medium weight wool pair of leg warmers. The larger end of the leg warmers has soft ribbon yarn woven in and out for easy tightening.

Miss Alana loves to wear this design with the more open shoulder areas down around her ankles, and the smaller, wrist ends just over her knees. When working at the barre, she might sometimes turn them back to front and tie the longer part of the bottom under her shoe to keep her entire ankle warm. Of course, the design allows for several different styling options depending on your leg size, muscle needs, and fashion aesthetic.

These are 100% Shetland wool.
