A stunning mini top hat.It has beautiful red silk ribbon around the brim which goes into a bow at the back with the ribbon falling down at the back on the hat. The look is completed by a black plumage of red and black feathers. Anabsolutely fantastic hat. The ribboning looks stunning. This is so glam and very Dita Von Teese!
