Pysanky Goose Egg in time for Valentines Day. An Oak tree decked out in hearts, branches entwining in a traditional ukrainian border with vanilla lace edges. Deeply etched. A Quote on the back with an Oak encasing it "Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, Loving someone deeply gives you courage. Lao Tzu " Deep dark brown outlines with shades of pinks, reds, and plum purples. I am numbering all of my 2009 eggs, this one is # 7 since they are truely one of a kind and limited by how many I can make per year.

Each egg is handmade and hand drawn using an age old batik process on an egg. The eggs are blown out and coated with a musuem quality UV protective finish. They are heirloom quality and will sure to bring joy to many generations. If the egg is etched, which is about 50% of the time, I use an acid that is organic and edible. Its a food additive, and stronger than vinegar, phosphoric acid. Every egg comes with a stand or hanger, and is signed and dated by me. I send my eggs priority mail with insurance and guarantee they get there safely.
