Carnelian was believed by the Romans to be a stone of courage, bringing confidence and strength.

A small (11x9mm) smooth carnelian stone is the focus of this one of a kind necklace. The hand wrapped pendant hangs from a strand of transparent brown charlottes, which are special Czech glass seed beads that have been cut on one side. This gives the bead a sparkling faceted look that is much more elegant than a simple round bead.

All the metal parts are sterling silver. This necklace is a shorter length, measuring 16 inches If you are unsure of how this necklace will fit, I recommend cutting a string to measure 16” and checking that for fit before purchasing. If you require a bit of extra length I can attach more jumprings to extend up to a half-inch.

This necklace is strung on high strength 49-strand nylon coated stainless steel, which is very flexible, kink resistant and waterproof.
