Hammered Silver Heart Earrings

These beautiful hammered heart earrings would be a lovely Valentine gift which can be worn and enjoyed every day of the year. They're simple, striking and contemporary. I've added a few beads in a variety of metallic finishes for little tonal interest, letting the textural beauty of the hearts take center stage.

Hypoallergenic (no nickel or lead) silverplate leverbacks. I would be happy to switch to posts, clips or regular earwires if you prefer.

Interesting note: Hill Tribe Silver from Thailand has more pure silver than sterling, which gives it a warm patina, and as it lacks the hardening alloys that are added to sterling, it can be manipulated by skilled artisan hands, resulting in the beautiful handcrafted look that you see here.
