The artist describes this item as:

"This is a very unusual necklace. While experimenting with one of her texturing 'tools' that of a found object, a bone, which must have been part of a roast or very thick steak at one time the artist came up with this wonderful textured necklace.

Look closely and maybe you will notice some faces that appear where the marrow was, there seems to be two faces, one of a man, semi profile in regal appearing attire and in front of him but much smaller, a female face that is part of his lower face.

Either way, if you can see them or not, this makes a great conversation piece necklace. Hung on a brass ball chain and the pendant measures 1 1/2" and the chain 23". It is strung through a hand made bail that is directly attached to the textured back."
