Waist will go to 28 inches
Hips will go to 38 inches
Skirt:
style:velvety and layered with lace and tulle and adorned with a lace flower with a bead in the center.
waist is elastic 36 inches round when stretched
30 inches long.
Romantic,victorian...a retro fantasy.
