I made this fun tunic from a lightweight, organic hemp/cotton blend jersey. Hemp jersey is such a wonderful fabric. It has the strength of hemp and it continues to get softer and softer each time you wash it. The light jersey is so easy to wear, it is similar to a comfy vintage tshirt! I hand dyed it a funky mix of blues, eggplant, pinks, and grey with low impact dyes. I gave the top a flatting fitted waist that flares out at the hips. Long, fitted sleeves add to the feminine cut. I appliqued an om symbol to the center, tightly satin stitched in place with bright blue thread. It was first stiched onto a piece of hemp jersey, then that was stitched onto the top with raw edged, hemp jersey doesn't frey, it will just curl a bit over time with washings. Adding a cute testural detail around the "patch". Decorative zigzag stitch around neckline, sleeves and hem. Look wonderful layered over skirts or denim or worn a sweater to warm it up. Best fit a xsmall/small. Please see measurement for the perfect fit.

Measurements: measurements taken with the garment laying flat. Fabric has some stretch, as it is jersey, similar to a tshirt.

Arm: 17": from under the arm to wrist/21.5" from the top of the shouder to the wrist
