Marbled composition, Spanish wave over stones

Description

Some paper is just born too beautiful to cut up. As each sheet is one of a kind, I think of these as abstract art for the less affluent. Gazing at a marbled design can induce a mandala-like bliss in receptive individuals! This beauty is done on black paper, yielding an almost velvety appearance. Predominant colors are a deep red, gold, shades of grey and white. Detail image is posted.

The marbled sheet (a mono-print process - no two perfectly alike) is mounted and placed in a 16" x 20" mat. Image opening is approximately 10.5" x 14." Looks good in just a simple box or clip frame, or can be enhanced with bolder framing.

The piece comes in a clear protective sleeve, and will be packed for protection in shipping.
