Every cat or dog needs a super cute, new flirty collar for those special occasions and photo sessions!

This ruffled-look collar is made of blue cotton with a tiny flowered design. Adorning the collar are two stacked fabric yo-yos in coordinating shades of blue which are topped off with a covered button! These are securely attached to one another and to the collar The edge of the collar is a navy blue fringe. Elastic runs through the collar, expanding for those thick necked kitties.

Fits most cats (or small dogs) from a thin neck to a football neck!


CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Machine wash, gentle cycle, cold water
Air dry

Maintain the collar's fresh appearance with an occasional use of a lint roller.
