This spiral-bound cookbook is in good condition, with a couple of issues. There are stains on a few of the pages and I found writing and highlighting on one page. There is a plastic cover that protects the soft cover front. The back cover has some soiling. Chattanooga is a beautiful city, and this cookbook is a must-have for anyone who has a special place in his/her heart for this lovely place.
