Bottle is Glass. The consistency of this syrup is not what you imagine it to be like regular pancake syrup or my other listing of "Rose Syrup", the consistency is thinned out in this recipe for optimum ease of use for individual sized beverages.

I will include a recipe for a cold coffee expresso cooler, though an idea would be to definitely add this to your coffee hot or iced. Quick and easy, completely alcohol free.

Again, this listing has absolutely no alcoholic content. No carbs, no calories but a wonderful taste. I've chosen to use SPLENDA® Brand Sweetener for this version.
