Corn Husk Mermaid Art Doll OOAK

Description

This dainty little mermaid is sitting on a piece of driftwood.

She is made out of corn husks.
Her fin is dyed hot pink and has pink glitter sprinkles on it to give the look of scales.

She has two natural sea shells to cover her breasts.

Her wild hair is a mix of blue, lavender, and turquoise wool
roving.

A corn husk wrapped around polyester batting forms the head,
and her face is drawn on with ink.

Details include star fish and sea shells.

Entire display measures 10” in length x 6” in height

This doll took many hours. It takes a lot more time to achieve a certain particular shape.
Also the right piece of wood needed to be found, sanded, and baked in a slow oven
to sterilize it.
