from a gray series (of 3) focusing on storms. perhaps they cross land, perhaps our minds. menacing layers of clouds and differing densities of vapor are here animated by energetic line work in graphite and pastels. the warm and cool grays are balanced and enhanced by the very minimal use of color, which is achieved with the wax oil pastels.

approx. 18" x 18"

ready to hang; will include a handmade, natural pine frame upon request at no charge. (see last photo for example) otherwise, the sides are exposed as evidenced in the group photo.
