This fun skirt is perfect for a party or a club night. It's short enough to wear with leggings, or you can pair it with fishnet tights and be a bit more daring.
Made from black poly/cotton, black acetate lining and pleated red tulle. I had the tulle professionally pleated into tiny crystal pleats so they are permanently set. Pairs of googly eyes are stitched around and topped off with cute red ribbon bows. The waistband is comfy stretchy cotton lycra knit.

Length from waist not including tulle 11"
Length from waist to bottom of tulle 14"
Wash in cold water. Hang to dry.
