Fair trade, organic coffee sampler-4 different arabica types

Description

4 Coffee sample pack of four of our organic, fair trade coffees. The sampler contains four 1.75 ounce bags. (roughly 50 grams) That's enough coffee to make one medium to large sized pot (8-12 cups) of each kind.

This sampler includes Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, El Salvador Bourbon Peaberry, Guatemalan Huehuetenango, and Papua New Guinea.

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
This is a medium bodied coffee with a floral scent and a rich almost wine-like body. It has a distinctive flowery taste and aroma, with a slightly hint of lemon.

El Salvador Bourbon Peaberry
This coffee has an intense rich, syrupy flavor with subtle fruit and chocolate undertones.

Guatemalan Huehuetenango
This is a complex, sweet coffee with hints of fruit, chocolate, and caramel and smokey taste that keeps it from becoming overpowering sweet. The fruity aroma is reminiscent of cherries.

Papua New Guinea
This coffee is a medium bodied slightly complex and very smooth. It has a spicy taste.

SHIPPING
Shipping is by UPS so takes 1-4 days to arrive depending on what region of the US you are in. UPS shipping is by zone pricing. If actual shipping is more than $1 less than the listed shipping, we will refund you the difference. If you are in the Bethel, CT area you may pick up purchases in person.

International shipping is by International First Class which takes 1-2 weeks to arrive. Because of the increased shipping time, we suggest international buyers have it shipped whole bean to help preserve freshness.

REGARDING ORGANIC COFFEES
Please note while we roast organic coffees we are not certified as an organic roaster. What’s that mean? It’s sort of like being certified kosher. To be certified as an organic roaster, we need to roast organic coffee on different equipment than the non-organic coffee. We do them in separate batches and don’t mix them, but they are roasted on the same equipment. It’s cleaned between roasts.
