This fabric is AMAZING! I absolutely love the cartoon graphics, so I decided to make it into an awesome mini dress. It has a blousy feel to the top and narrows into a close fitting wiggle skirt. Keep in mind that Mia is fairly tall...if you don't want to be as daring as Mia, wear this with leggings! The red corset belt is available in another listing.
