This hat is made with a bulky textured yarn that is a bright Turquoise Blue with a Bit of sparkle. It is 23 inches around but does stretch quite a bit if needed. Easily and inch or two without feeling to tight and giving you a headache.

Yarn does have wool mixed in but it is a nice yarn.
