Description

This robust pasta bowl measures 10” D x 1.75 H. The bowl is hand built with press mould. Color slip is painted over hand cut paper resists; with a silk-screened transfer print applied on top. After glazing, the bowl is high fired to cone 8 - 1268° C [2320° F] in an electric kiln.

Because it is hand built and hand decorated, there is a tactile quality to the surface design and an organic feel to the form.

No problem in dishwasher or reheating gently in the microwave.
