Crochet Infant Cocoon Swaddler Papoose Wrap Snuggly

Description

Infant, newborn, baby cocoon, swaddler, papooose, wrap, photo prop or everyday use.

Length is about 16 1/2-17", not stretched. The width is approximately 8" wide, unstretched.

This is the perfect size for the curled up newborn. It also has a shaped fit, narrow at the bottom, extra width in the center to accommodate the arms snuggled up against its little body. This is made with a spacy stitch, to allow for stretching to accommodate some movement, and growing.

This is my own pattern.

Made with Lion Brand Homespun Yarn %98 Acrylic.

Machine Washable and dryable (per label, but I don't think I'd risk shrinking in the dryer).

This is super soft. This is just in time for the spring or summer newborn. The color is Florida Keys Green. You can find a matching beret in my shop.

No seams. Completely reversible. This does have a v-neck opening to aid in slipping on and off baby.

This is great for a photo prop, or for the newborn or preemie that needs to feel the security of being swaddled. I wish I had one of these when my son was born.
