Description
Frosty pastels with natural white.This is a 100 yard (90 meter) skein, hand painted by me, with high quality dye.
It's a laceweight soft luxury yarn - 50% merino wool/50% silk, measuring 30 wpi. Wonderful for lace knitting, crochet, or handweaving. Or, triple strand to equal a sport weight.
Hand washing is recommended for items made from this yarn. Lay flat to dry.
The Procion MX dyes I used are very lightfast and colorfast. Since this yarn contains wool, the dyeing procedure for wool was followed. I washed and rinsed the yarn very thoroughly after dyeing to remove any unactivated dye, so it should not need any prewashing before using it in your project.
The yarn will be sent in skein form. This is a unique, individually hand painted yarn. Hand dyed batches will vary.
