blue DRAGON batik youth small tshirt

kid size small (5/6) t-shirt ("repurposed" shirt from Gap, 100% cotton--NOTE: this shirt has a little hole in the back center near hem!) with batik dragon and "Here be dragons" on front.

I hand decorate these shirts with blue glue and soy-wax as the dye resist on the shirt, dye with procion dyes, wash, dry, hand-paint the features and then heat-set. Each shirt is a little work of art--each is slightly different. The t-shirt color (the dragon is light aqua) shows on the dragon's body and it is "crackled" with the color of the dye on the rest of the shirt.

I have these available in different sizes and colors (pink, pale blue, bright yellow-green, earthy green) for children and adults. Sheep or llama, dragon or bunny. Can also do custom orders for other sizes or colors (lilac, orange, multi-colored...).

Wash the first time separately in warm water to remove any excess dye. After that they are usually quite colorfast.
