Wawbeek Trails Quilt
Description
Diane made this quilt as a teaching sample for a quilt retreat sponsored by Quilts by Barb held at Easter Seals Camp Wawbeek. Diane chose the floral background fabric first. Her daughter, Karma, called it “old lady dress fabric” and I said, “what else would you do with it but cut it up in little pieces.” Diane thought it would give a nice watercolor effect in the background when combined with her own hand-dyes. Karma and I both agreed that the quilt turned out quite nice.Approximate Size: 94” x 76” (will fit a twin or full size bed)
