from my (ob)literati series 2008this piece consists of an obliterated book atop a vintage wooden box
the middle of every page has been cut away, hand-written upon, crumpled up, and shoved back inside. some of the bits seemingly grow from the inside of the book out, and some have made their way inside the box.
this is actually two pieces, with wire on both the box and the book to secure them for safe display.
