Fat quarter of original cotton fabric designed by Kukkilintu.

Give the impression of hand knits for your quilts and other sewing projects! I designed this lovely nostalgic fabric using my hand knitted and crocheted designs.

I call this fabric Silverbell and it's one of my favorites. When designing this fabric I thought about strong contrasts: cold metals and warm wool, dark and light colors. There's something a bit melancholic in them despite of the power they represent.

The fabric piece measures appr. 22 inches by 18 inches. There's 1 1/2 inch wide white edge in one side of the fabric piece.

The quality of the fabric is quilting-weight Bella cotton (by Moda).

The fabric has been printed at Spoonflower. Spoonflower fabrics are printed with water-soluble, nontoxic inks and are washfast and lightfast.
