BELT BUCKLE knitting bunny rabbits
Description
How cute. On this silver and black metal belt buckle mama rabbit shows her son the bunny how to knit. This picture comes from a 1930's children's nursery rhyme book, My Bookhouse In The Nursery. This silver belt buckle is covered with a thin layer of glossy smooth resin to protect the image. This does make it water resistant and easy to clean but I wouldn't recommend wearing it swimming or in the shower (but who does that anyway, right?).
Measures approximately 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" and framed by a silver adornment. The loop on the back that attaches to snap-type belts allows for a belt up to 1 3/4". The buckle is rounded to contour the body. Made of sturdy metal with easy moving hinge on the back for attachment.
All belt buckles use one-of-a-kind original pictures from old books and magazines. Unless I actually come across an original image twice, none are duplicated.
