Heather on the Hill Hand Knit Scarf

My theater-geekness leaks out at last! The colors in this scarf make me think of a misty spring Scottish morning when the heather is in bloom. Or, at least, the way I imagine it in my head. I must admit I’ve only been in Scotland in the late fall.

This scarf was knit with hand spun wool yarn from fellow etsian wildhare and features beautiful lavender, purple, and green tones. It measures approximately 32” long and 4 ½” across. The simple texture stitch shows off the natural texture of the yarn.
