fractured stems-Original Acrylic Painting

Description

“fractured stems” is a style of painting that I LOVE to paint. This is a small warm-up painting that evolves organically and can never be replicated exactly. The textures and striations created are different every time I swipe the paint across the surface. I finish it with silver highlights that divide the shades and colors to create a beautiful pattern.

This original acrylic painting is on 140lb watercolor paper; image size 10 x 11 inches (25.4x27.94 cm). It has a double coat of varnish for protection. It is signed on the front; signed, dated and titled on the back. It has been matted in a wide white mat with outside dimensions 17 x 18 inches (43.18 x 45.72 cm). It is unframed, backed with foam board and shrink-wrapped for protection.

This painting will ship flat by USPS Priority Mail in many layers of protective packing.
