This luxurious hand knit One-of-a-Kind unisex warm cozy fashion mock brim beanie hat was created from 100% llama fiber. Llama yarn is warmer than wool so this hat will keep you nice and toasty on those cold fall and winter days and even into early spring. This hat can be worn by both women and men.

I hand knit hand spun and machine spun llama yarn that came straight from our famous herd sires, Arturo, and Bounder plus baby llama fiber from Arturo's son, Bopper. This unique beanie hat has a mock brim and is nice and thick. I used a circular Knifty Knitter hand loom to hand knit this warm cozy winter hat and blended the yarn to create a beautiful natural tweed effect.

Bounder was one of the 18 distinguished llamas that made history in the 118th Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, California January 1, 2007. There over a million attendees each year at this famous internationally broadcast parade.

This hat was hand crafted in a smoke free cat friendly environment. It measures approximately 10” from the center top to the outside edge of the rolled mock brim and approximately 10 1/2” across the bottom when laid flat (but it does stretch). This hat will fit medium to large heads quite comfortably but not extra large.

It coordinates beautifully with some of the La Tea Da Designs scarves made out of llama and alpaca fiber. Be sure to take a look at the scarves available in this Etsy shop.

I try to take accurate pictures. Please keep in mind that colors will vary slightly monitor to monitor.

Care: Hand wash or spot clean with cool water and mild soap! Towel dry, reshape and lay flat to finish drying – store flat.
