Description

This personalized, hand-crafted "mommy version" baby tag necklace features two PURE SILVER charms - one MOMMY charm and one name charm paired with a swarovski crystal. The charms are (.999) pure silver and not (.925) sterling silver. Once designed, the charms are antiqued to highlight the letters and numbers and then polished to a high shine. The charms are then attached to a sterling silver (.925) 18" roll chain.

PERSONALIZATION:
This necklace is custom made just for you in that you choose your MOMMY charm word and name charm.
The MOMMY charm "word" can be modified for MOTHERS, GRANDMOTHERS, FRIENDS, SISTERS, SPOUSES, etc. (up to five letters). You choose!
The name charm is designed with your childs name and birthdate (up to eight letters) and is paired with a genuine swarovski crystal that reflects the birthstone of your child. Or you could choose a pink crystal for a girl or blue for boy! You could also choose just the name and no birthdate on your charm.
**I will need your child's name, birthdate (if wanted) and choice of mommy word for your charms.**

ADDITIONAL NAME CHARMS:
Additional name charms can be added to your necklace for more than one child. Each additional charm is $15.00 and includes its own crystal. Just let me know and I will reinvoice you.

CHARM SIZES: The MOMMY charm is approximately 1/2" x 7/8" and the name charm is approximately 5/16" x 3/4".

SHIPPING / RETURNS: Your necklace will be shipped within 7-10 days after payment is received unless there are material delays beyond my control. Once your item leaves my hands, I am not responsible for post office errors. Insurance is optional but recommended. I do accept returns only if I have misprinted your charms.

NOTE: All charms are hand-designed so the alignment of each letter/number is not exact as natural variations occur in handmade jewelry.
NOTE: This necklace contains small parts and is not recommended for children under three years of age.
