SERENITY IN SILVER BROOCH B27015

Description

One of my favorite techniques with polymer clay is the "controlled blending" of scraps of clay to make painterly abstract wearable works of art. Scrap gray clay with touches of metallic paint create the pattern of this brooch. The addition of a backing of metallic silver clay provides of flash of sparkle, especially where it peeks through between the gray pieces.

The brooch measures 1 3/4" x 1 3/4". The pinback is centered so that it can be worn in any direction.
