i bought this fabric to make appliques but couldn't bring myself to cut into its intricate and symmetrical design. these skulls almost look smiling.... reminiscent of the skulls of the lamas in the monasteries of tibet.... or the mayan crystal skulls that have been the center of attention as an ancient world mystery connected with planetary ascension.

the blanket measures 35" x 45". 100% cotton skullfinity upper.... 100% cotton unbleached muslin backing..... with a double layer of warm & natural 100% cotton batting..... and double layered unbleached muslin 100% cotton edge trim.

the pattern is machine sewn along the ley lines of the spiral... weaving around the skulls like widening rivers. the binding is finished with a zig-zag stitch.
