Protection Hex Rustic Pine Keepsake Box

Description

This is an original design based on traditional Pennsylvania Dutch folk art, an earthy and grounding hex sign, designed to embody the protective forces of Nature. The six pointed rosette wards off evil and bad luck. It is surrounded by oak leaves representing strength and the spirit of the old gods, while the green crescents symbolize the guardianship of the mother goddess.

The hex sign is painted on a rustic wooden box, measuring approximately 15" in diameter, and 3.5" deep. The outside of the box is roughly finished and sealed; the inside of the box is rough-hewn.

This wonderful piece of functional art makes an excellent wedding gift, house blessing, or personal talisman!
