flying dog pillow

Description

I love to draw black line on vibrant colored fabrics. I have been cutting the drawings out, sewing and stuffing them, fashioning the drawings into small pillows to hang on the wall or lay on the counter or table or shelf.

But this time I changed my mind and decided to make a big version of my flying dog. Instead of a little pillow to hang on the wall, this one of a kind pillow is suitable for the couch or rocking chair.

This flying dog is 25" / 63.5cm long from head to tail end and 12" / 30.48cm tall from ear to paw. He was drawn onto purple/pink/orange patterned vintage cotton twill with black Golden fluid acrylic paint and stuffed with poly-fil to about 5" / 12.70cm thick.

I hand draw, machine sew and stuff each flying dog and cat, big and small.

The last photo is a different flying dog pillow but I offer it to show the pillow size.

Isn't there a chair in your house that needs a flying dog to add a little color to the room?
